Are all products customisable with my own logo or design?
Yes! Almost all of our products are customisable with your logo, brand colours, or a unique design. You can upload your artwork in the design interface or collaborate with our in-house design team.
Do you offer design support if I don’t have artwork?
Absolutely. We realise putting time, effort and expertise in designing your own artwork can be a hassle. Therefore, we do offer assistance when requested. You can get in touch with our design team by sending a request through the contactform. Simply give us some more information regarding your wishes, we are happy to help.
Which materials are available for your products?
We offer a wide variety of premium materials, including vegan leather, linen touch, and eco-friendly Earthline. On the individual product page, you will be invited to select from a range available to that product.
Are the materials durable and easy to clean?
Yes. All of our materials are selected for hospitality use: durable, stain-resistant, and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
Do I get a discount if I place a large order?
Yes! We offer attractive quantity discounts for bulk orders:
- receive a 3% discount.
- receive a 5% discount.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities vary per product. Most items can be ordered starting from 1 or a small batch, especially in the case of customised items.
Are your products suitable for hotels and in-room use?
Yes! We offer hotel information folders, bamboo photo panels for important information like breakfast times, and other presentation tools specifically designed for hotels. Cannot find the product you are looking for? Get in touch with our team.
Do you offer products for bars and cafés as well?
Yes! Our coasters, drink menu holders, and reserved signs are perfect for bars, cafés, bistros, and cocktail lounges.
Do you offer branding solutions for events and weddings?
We do! Even though our products are created for hotels, restaurants and bars, they can be used for a wide variety of purposes. Acrylic stands, reserved signs, bamboo display panels and coasters are perfect for event signage, table numbers or personalised decor.
